    missing or invalid registry - old file does not exist

    I tried updating my home designer 7.0 to 7.08a i had problems installing it said missing or invalid registry problem old file does not exist something about it needed patch 9.02 please help diagnose problem thanks

    The 7.08a update is only work with the program is was designed for . . . which is PRO, version 7.
