Imported .skp object disappears in Home Designer Suite 8

I imported this .skp model from Google Warehouse and imported several instances of it into my plan. At first, it worked fine, but now it doesn't appear in any 3d views. The objects still show up in my plan, however.

Has anyone encountered this issue, and is there a solution? Any help would be much appreciated. I just purchased the software a few days ago, and I want to return it if importing models doesn't work.

I imported your model and it works fine for me in all views.

A couple of possibilities: if you tried to place anywhere but the first floor, you need to change the "floor to bottom" measurement in the dialog box. And if you placed it outdoors, a negative value will cause it to vanish underground (but still be visible in plan view). Can't think of anything else - unless you've been playing with layer display settings?

I would guess that you turned off their display in 3D views in Display Options.
