    "Lean-To" roof

Hi! I'm using Interior Designer 7.0 and trying to build a single room (using 4 exterior walls) to create the lean-to style addition on my house. Where it's attached to the rest of the house the ceiling height is 8.5', dropping back opposite the house to a knee-wall that is 67" high.

Can't get it to generate a roof no matter what I've tried. Any suggestions?

    phoebes13,

Set the room height to 67". Make 2 of the walls Full Gable. (see attached)
Calculate the pitch - 101"-67" = 34". Divide 34" by the number of feet the single room is wide. (from the house to the outboard wall)
In the Wall Specification dialog box, change the "outboard" wall of the single room to the number you just calculated.

Thanks! That worked - after I added a mock second room to the "house" and made it "full height".
