Download for Home Designer Pro 8

Hello,
I need some assistance with the down load process for your product “Home Designer Pro 8” I have just purchased.

I have followed the download instructions but the speed of the down load is ridiculous it is taking
12+ hrs to download just 900mb?.
I have a Brand New Sony Vaio Laptop with Intel Core 2 Duo Processor and have ample memory
and disk space, I am also running Windows Vista. and also have a high speed broadband connection
Is there any other way to down load the package quicker, or are you able to assist me in any way.

If you have download problems, you can contact the Digital River customer service department; they should be able to help resolve the problem. 12 hours is much too long.
