1st Story Awning on 2 Story House & Add on Dimensions

We are adding on to our house - out and up, and over. We want to keep the awnings from the first floor roof. Does anyone know how to do this with the roofing tools.


Also, how do we calculate just the addition dimensions, materials and cost? We know we draw our original house first, and then do the add on, but how does the program differeniate between the two? Thanks for your help.

In Pro 8 you have to calculate by hand or rename original rooms such as Garage/storage su the sq ft doesn't show-up
