in Pro 8 there was something called "vector full camera"

Ever since upgrading to Pro 2012, my 3D views have sun shadows which makes it hard to view some areas (they come out dark if they are in shaded area).
I'd like to turn off the sun shadows. I went to edit, preferences but sun shadows was already unselected.

How can I brighten up the 3d views so they aren't so dark/glary? Alternatively, in Pro 8 there was something called "vector full camera" which gave me the view I needed without shadows or textures. I can't find this option in Pro 2012. Is it gone?

Vector is a rendering technique, so you should be able to click on it to change a Standard perspective view in to a Vector one.
