    There are two ways I know of to do this.

    1) Use the decorative bay that is in the library.

    2) Create the bay using walls. Separate the bay from the rest of the room by placing an invisible wall along the main wall. Then set the room height in the little room formed by the bay and invisible wall to bring the floor up. This will also bring the outside wall up so it does not go all the way down. In Suite you will need to create a soffit to cover the open area underneath the window. In Pro you can use wall editing in cross section to fix the open area under the window.
