2 floor levels and a mezzanine

I am working on an apartment renovation with 1) a change in floor level of 24" and also a mezzanine space approx 1/3 of the floor area below. Essentially it is a 16' high ceiling with part being one level and the mezzanine area being two levels within the cube of the space. The mezzanine area is on the opposite side of the floor level change.

Also, how do I connect the stair to the mezzanine level? I am using AHD 8.
