Program CD won't function

I just opened this package and the program CD will not function. When popping it in the cd drive it brings up my scanner program. When trying to access it via "run" program it will not register as having a cd in the cd drive.

How do I go about getting this faulty product replaced? It was the last one at the store it was purchased from.

The tutorial cds work just fine as far as I can tell.

You should call Tech Support. Check the manual for the phone number. However, I suspect you have a Windows problem, not an application problem.

If you have access to another Windows PC, you could see if you also get similar results with it. You don't have to install the program, just see if you get a normal installer dialog. If you do, that would indicate a Windows problem on the original PC. If you don't, then it's a pretty sure bet that it is a bad CD.
