To me, your image looks like the Elliptical Doorway in the Library. If AHD has it, I would guess that Pro does as well.
But if this isn't what you are going for, I can't really tell if that is a window or not, you could always just use a different doorway out of the library and Control + drag it up into the gable wall above it and then use sloped soffits maybe to create the decorative piece?Kat >^..^<
