Flitch Plate in Roof Rafters...

For designing a cathedral ceiling where the ceiling's pitch is matching the roof's pitch my structural engineer said that I need to build 'flitch rafters' where an angled steel flitch plate is bolted between 2 2x6's and it will eliminate the need for rafter ties.

Is there any way I can show this in my design for Pro 8.0?
