What happen to my garaga door and side to the garage?

After I build the foundation and delete it, my garage door and the side door to the garage are not in right elevation. Please see the attached screen copy.
Do you know how does this happen?

Hi,

I deleted the foundation is because I found the elevation of garage foundation is different with the elevation of other rooms. Please see the attached screen copy. I don't know why the foundation under garage is higher than other rooms. I think it may be due to the room specification of the garage. The garage room specification is shown on the 2nd screen copy. The neighbor living room specification is shown on the 3rd screen copy.

Could you please tell me what cause this problem?
