3 tier garden

hi,
i've just got the program the otherday and have been messing with it just to get to grips with all the commands etc, how would i make a simple 3 tier garden with a double garrage on the to tier. any help will be appreciated as im tearing my hair out? please remember im am new to the program so my abilities are limited.
