All our products balk at building a set of stairs this steep. This is beyond what most building codes allow so if you need this then there must be a special situation. If you are remodeling an existing building you may need to change this to get it past code.
If you absolutly need this you can do this in Home Designer PRO 7 by using the lock tread width option.Dan Park
