.DWG files to Designer Pro 7.0

When converting .DWG files (from AutoCad) for input to Designer Pro 7.0,

How do I change the exterior walls so that Home Designer recognizes them as exterior walls? (same for interior walls). Currently I have to re-trace the lines, but prefer to use what I converted..

In Pro you can open the DBX for the wall and inside the Wall tab select foundation. The rest of the definition is in the wall type (editable also) you select on the pulldown menu.
