adding fixture esterior

I am designing a house on piers and need to download the fixtures exterior becuase they are not in my library

You don't have Fixtures(Exterior) in your Library Browser? Sounds like either your product didn't install correctly, or you might have Interior Designer? If the first is true, try to reinstall (following Article Number 108: Troubleshooting Installation Issues) and if that doesn't work, fire off an e-mail to tech support or give them a call, if you have Interior Designer you won't have exterior items and it would be worth looking into getting either Deluxe or Pro.
