    I tried this in Suite and it is a bit tricky but can be done.

    Try this:

    Lets suppose our roof overhang is 18 inches.

    1) Draw two buildings 18 inches apart.

    2) Set the heights on the two rooms that are created so one is taller than the other.

    3) build shed roofs on each building.

    4) Now the overhang of the lower roof will be against the tall wall. Be carefull on distance here or the lower roof will cut the tall wall.

    5) Next remove the wall of the lower building that is 18 in from the tall wall and extend the outside walls to where you want them.

    You should now have two shed roofs.

    If you have pro this is much easier by using manual roof planes.
