In HD 7.09, can the Floor Thickness (G) be modified?
12" Default assumesa 2x10 or 2x12 floor joist and I rarely ever see that in house construction. Typically, I would find that only in very large houses, and even then, microlams or TGI's are used to reduce that.
This affects the overall elevation of the house.Joel Nuss

In the Room dbx ....Structure Tab....I only have 'Roof over Room' & 'Ceiling over Room'.
