Either it is extremely slow or Disc 2 is not loading.

The failure to install on the second (or subsequent disk) in many types of software is seems to be generally caused by some overzealous anti-virus or security software running in the background on your system. Following the steps in the Help Database, Article Number 108 entitled "Troubleshooting Installation Issues" makes sure that these processes aren't running in the background when you go to install. You may also be able to get away with just temporarily disabling your security software's real time protection.

Thanks for the Troubleshooting link. I'm having problems with Disc 2 also.
