Dentil Trim??

Is dentil trim the squares that pop out of the brick usually by the porch? If so, How do I put that in on my houses?? I saw somebody has it on their house in the gallery.

Dentil- is usually wood trim that has a large rectangular block (lets just say 1 1/2" wide by 2" high by 1 1/2") then a space approximately (the same 1 1/2" wide by 2") then another block like the first, then a space and so on. You may be thinking of the Brick Quoins on the corners.

To make any of them with your soft ware, you'll most likely need to use the soffit tool. Maybe someone with the capabilities can make a symbol for you that you can down load and use.

HD Pro 7.0 has a tool to create quoins, the Trim Tool under the Build menu. I don't know an easy way to create dentil trim except using soffits or geometric shapes.
