Deleting CA10 Polylines
I have an itty-bitty problem.
The jpeg shown is the rements of "Fireplace - Tuscan - Two Story" .alb
After exploding block, everything that comprises the fireplace can be deleted; except for these sections.
They are polylines, there is no handles to grab onto, and when pointing mouse at them there is nothing available to allow deletion.
I have used the "Edit Area and Edit Visible" tools with no success.
Looking for suggestions.Home Designer Pro 10

Hi Dee
First try a different camera view..Elevation/vector.
Make sure they are not on locked layers.Allen Colburn Jr.

I'm sorry, I got busy with the plan. No it did not work; fortunately I was able to close the application and re-open without loosing any work that I had done prior to the fireplace.
I have been saving the plan as I completed each section to the final stage before inserting a new section or object. And at least I haven't started the interior designing.Home Designer Pro 10

Just thought I would give you all an update regarding objects created by Chiefers using Polyline elements.
Hello Deirdre,
To copy and paste between plans, you will want to first start a new, blank plan and set its Default Floor and other settings appropriately. Put in the correct number of floors that will be copied over, including the basement and 2nd story. Then you can open the plan from which you want to copy and use the Edit> Edit Area> Edit All Floors tool to drag a marquee around the design and, use the choose Copy. You can then paste it into the new plan with the chimney elements not selected.
Isn't what I was hoping for; so now I have to leave a certain fireplace in the unexploded block should I want to move it around.Home Designer Pro 10
