1 1/2 storey and dormer in roof

Can anyone tell me how to allign two windows in the attic? They are at different levels. One is built straight up from the wall, and one is a dormer. They both need to be lower down, and level with one another.
I also seem to have a problem with attic stairs, there is no floor! Any help would be appreciated.

I have just sorted out the stairs, I had an inside wall where I should have had an outside wall!!

You may need to move the windows while holding the ctrl key down.
