3D - help!

everytime i view a 3d image of the building or even 3d images of items the item glitches on the top left of the screen covering everything. :S is there a way to fix this? did not have that problem with interior designer 7 however i do like the more features of 8

Start off by updating your video card driver. The version 8 software is better, but also more taxing on your computer, so just because version 7 displayed fine doesn't mean this isn't the issue.

Also, if you don't have a video card with dedicated video memory, but instead have an Intel integrated video chipset and are running on Windows Vista, there have been numerous prior postings since Vista's release on the problems those two have playing nice together, and some of those threads have some ideas for trying to get them to work if updating the driver doesn't resolve the problem.
