There is no templates showing in the Create New Plan dialog

I agree with Allen, I think you are getting confused between what a "template" and an already started house plan look like. Choose the Search for Plans option under the file menu to look for editable plans within the software.

Also, I noticed from your screenshot that you appear to be using a Chinese version of Windows? We've seen a few people up here who have had problems trying to run the software in a non-English version of Windows.
