Software crashes when I click 3 diminsional

I'm new to Interior Designer - I follow the directions at start up to create walls, then click and drag to view as three dimensional and I get a message "Driver components mis-match. Exit is the only option."

I have un-installed, rebooted my computer and re-installed only to have the same thing happen again.

A search of the forum shows that previously people who have received this error needed to update the driver for their video card.

There is also a Help Database article that references that exact same error message with the same info.
