how to move the sink so that it is asymmetrical

I placed an oval vanity bathroom sink in a cabinet. The sink automatically centered. I can't figure out how to move the sink so that it is asymmetrical. Select/open brings up the cabinet dialog. Select/next doesn't help.

Are you sure that you have Architectural Home Designer version 8?

Article Number 147: Why can't I select a sink after I place it in a cabinet?

I also have Architectural Home Designer version 8.0, and the cabinet will select first, then click on Tab on the keyboard or Next on the edit toolbar to select the sink and use its edit handles to move it.
