Terrain Builder - Tough Polygon Lot Size

I am having difficulty getting started with my Lot. Attached is a Picture file of the lot in question. Any suggestions on how best to build this in Terrain Builder?

I did the attachment by tracing over your image.

This can be done in with Pro 8 & 9. I am not sure about other products.
