view downloaded videos

I downloaded HDS ver8 and I get an error message that says to insert dvd to watch training videos. As I don't have a DVD, how do I set up the videos?

If I remember correctly, the Version 8 products came with a separate DVD that had all of the videos. The current Version 9 products have all of the videos available online.

When and where did you download it? You may want to contact who ever you purchased it from or contact Chief Architect customer service during normal business hours.
