model the angled outside walls

I would like to imitate the attached pic roof lines, no matter what I do I cannot show in my model the angled outside walls as in the picture. I have different room ceilings heights, any help will be greatly appreciated.

Take a Full Overview of the plan and turn off the display of roof planes in the camera view.

Might want to turn off the display of Roofs, Gutters too, they look a little odd floating out there by themselves in my attached image.
