Internet Dependent?
Hi,
I am a new Home Designer user (great software package) and have a question. I use a laptop computer in order to work on my home design at work and at home. While at work, I have no problem generating a 3D view using the floor or full cameras. When I take my laptop home and try the same proceedure my loptop just "locks up" and will not generate the views. Is this proceedure internet dependent? I use Verizon High Speed Internet at both home and at work. Any input would be helpful.

No, you do not need the internet to create a camera view.
But, you do need a video card that supports OpenGL and it is possible that your laptop is not going to do it.
