Sketchup editing
Question1: I found a stone tile texture in my sketchup program that I would like to pull from there and import as a new material in my HD user library. Is this possible?
Question2: Can I export a furniture item from my CA library to sketchup, edit it, then bring it back into HD as a new item in my user library?

Thank you for your quick response, but I'm afraid tile material I want to import exists as a standard material within the sketchup program itself, not as a separate jpg or skp file.
I hope I have clarified what I'm trying to accomplish.Vikki

In Sketchup create a simple object and paint it with the material you want.
Save it as a Sketchup 6 file (not 7).
In HD import the object and the material will be available to you automatically.
As you can see, the texture is turned into a jpeg...Doug S.
