Moldings!

When I'm working on a plan and I open the "room specification" in the room I want to be the garage and select "garage" the moldings in this room disappear! I want to keep the moldings in the garage. But I have to specify that room as "garage" so it won't add it into the square footage. Is there a way I can still specify the room as "garage" in the "room specification box" and add moldings? help me out here...lol I'm pulling my hair out!

A clumsy work around: set room to “Storage” Room name to “Garage” & set your floor to “solid concrete”… “structure “ tab.
