update from HDpro 8 to HDpro 9

I have had an offer to update to HDpro for $ 145.50.
Does HD pro 9 offers much more than version 8. or is it wise to wait for Version 10 that is expected in 2011.
I use the program only to illustrate my projects from the past.
I am an retired architect and I like the program very much.

I have the architecture HM 9 and i found it offers a lot more conveniences and flexibility then 8. however if $ is no object and you want the best I would wait for 10. unless you are just feed up with some of the glitches in 8. best of luck
