    group objects to library

I am trying to group four items together then add them to the library. I want to group two sofit shapes, a raised wall panel, and a bun foot. I am trying to make a leg component for a desk. I tried to search the help and forum but think I am using the wrong search words.

I am using home designer pro 9
    Thanks

What you're asking to do is to create a symbol or architectural block that can be saved in the Library. Unfortunately, none of the Home Designer series of software titles can do that; not even Pro. Only Chief Architect can create symbols and architectural blocks out of multiple objects.

What you CAN do is create a new blank plan and copy/paste groups of objects to it, and use this new plan as a sort of storage library. Then whenever you want to use them in a project plan, just open your object storage plan and copy/paste as needed.
