Print command freezes program

When printing floor plans or renders, the program locks up and wont respond. My path is File>Print>(any subsequent option results in the program freezing and the need to close the program). Printing works with all other programs.

Check out this information from earlier thread where the person had a similar problem.

You can select File> Print> Clear Printer Info to clear the printer-specific information stored with the plan or layout file.

Sometimes I forget that a simple reboot solves many problems.
