I just purchased home designer suite 2012 and I am having problems getting an exact dimension. Ex. When I run a wall out for a floor plan lets say 60 feet. It always seems to stop short of 60 or it goess over 60. I have tried the accurate move button but it always seems to jump back and forth leaving with a dimension of 59'-11"13/16.Is there an answer for this?

2nd question Can you have a default setting on your dimensions in 1/4 instead of 1/16?

You should probably go through the User's Guide (under your Help menu) and watch the online tutorial training videos that apply to your version. Precisely positioning walls accurately is one of the first things covered in these resources.
