Terrain elevation requirement

Hi everyone,

I need to use terrain elevation tools to allow me to build a hill however I was not able to use the hill tool properly. I also tried import elevation data and use elevation lines without luck.

Basically the terrain is 8 meters front per 23.5 meters deep. The first seven meters are flat, 0 meters height, however at that point there is a "Hill" (soil wall) with 3 meters height and from there to the end of the lot it's flat again.

I'm looking advise to accomplish this design.

Are you trying to say that the terrain is flat (for 7m), then goes up 3m, and then flattens out again for the remaining 16.5m?
