Using Pro 2014, right click on the stair and choose "Flare/Curve Stairs" - then grab the handle to curve the stairs as needed. The starter tread is more problematic, as it will generate the wider tread(s) on both sides of the stairs. (Unless I missed a fix for that!)

Ayda,
I edited one of your plans, and got it a little closer to what you may want ( I sent that to you, let me know when you get it please), I also did a video tutorial of doing that action so you can see how many hoops I had to jump through to make that tweak, as soon as it is properly formatted and uploaded it will be available on my You Tube Channel later this afternoon. I will post a link to it when it is ready.
