Sloped Drivway (sunken driveway to basement garage)

The lot is flat and I have put in retaining walls on either side of the driveway leading to a basement garage, however, I am not able to get the elevation tools to display an even descending sloped driveway. I have seen the thread about a sunken driveway and it seems I’m having the same problem, but when I implement the suggested solution (elevation lines every 2’), it still displays a bumpy surface that slopes up to the retaining walls. How do I get the program to project a smoothly sloped elevation between the retaining walls?

I can think of a couple of differing ways to do this. It is hard to impossible to finely control terrain with just elevation data objects, so the way I would go is to use a terrain feature set to cut a "hole" in the terrain, then use a shape for the slope (you place it in the hole and locate/shape it in camera views). You bookend the sides with retaining walls or more solids or soffits.
