Can a projection be simulated?
I want to sumilate a dimly lit auditorium with a still image to dimonstrate what it would look like while a movie was showing.
Can this be done? Link to documentation would be great.

Never have needed to do it but could if I had to, the documentation is the existing "Reference Manual", video tutorials and scads of practice after study, using the tools studied. In your case it would be knowledge of material and lighting adjustments in camera views, which I assure you, demands some study followed by lots of patient practice to get just the effects you want.
