Retaining wall that maintains specified height

Hi, I want to build a retaining wall, but I want the wall to maintain the specified height.

    I create a terrain.
    I create a half wall.
    I set the wall height.
I create elevations on both sides of the wall, sloping down towards the wall.

The resulting view shows the wall height as specified, but the region continuous through the wall, instead of dead ending against the wall.

If I change the wall to a retaining wall, the elevation and region is correct, i.e. the wall breaks the elevation.
But, the wall is now set at the same height as the elevation at the break.

How do I create a wall that will break the elevation like a retaining wall, but will stay at the set height?

    Using 2014 Pro on Win7 x64 SP1.

I think this video tutorial was done in Chief Premier X5 but should be useful to you (the tools used are the same in Pro):

    Thanks for the video.
It does explain elevation modification, but not specifically how to keep retaining walls from shrinking down to the surface contour?

Retaining walls, like any other walls, are formed in 3-D by an editable "Wall Poly-Line", these wall poly-lines can be selected and edited to suit your purposes.

This video displays some wall poly-line editing:
