Architectural or Suite - Which version for me?

    Hi,

I'm new here and have been looking for architectural design software. Based on my online research, I believe Home Designer has the most positive reviews. I've viewed the Home Design Software website and compared the features of the various products, however, I don't understand the differences between the Architectural and Suite versions. Can anyone here enlighten me on what they are aside from the price?

    Thank you.

Each of the software titles has a line up of tools, choices and abilities (the more money paid, the more able is the software). The least able are Essentials, Interior Designer and Landscape and Deck Designer, then a little better is Suite, then Architectural then Home Designer Pro and lastly the Chief Architect Premier line of applications (lite, interiors and Premier).

I own them all and in several versions. It is hard for a new user to "know" what is he or she does not now know, as your ability increases, your idea of what is "enough" usually changes. They make it easy for you to upgrade and they have rebate programs when you decide to do so.
