    In precise detail in terms of 3-D, not easily 100%. What I mean is Pro does framing and can be set to metal framing, its framing members can be edited (added, deleted, copied, located etc manually, automatic framing is usually a starting point which I then commonly manually edit where exact details are necessary for construction documentation).
    It will not do flanges, bolts, nuts and other objects in any other way than manually. It depends upon how intent you are in having a plan model exact in every detail in terms of 3-D (99.999% of construction documents or "Blueprints" are 2-D in nature presently) and such minute detailing is mostly done using 2-D CAD tools (not 3-D).

    So when you ask if Pro or any software can or will "do" something, my best answer is "NO", not on its own, tools always require minute guidance from its wielders or users, it is the user that "does" things, not the tool.
