Problems putting in third floor roof

    Dear forums members,

as a newbie i am having problems getting the third floor to work. I either get no roof, a floating roof with the top windows in mid air whereas what I need is that the third floor has slanting roof down to about 1.8m end walls with the facia as you see it in this pic. whatsmore, I will need to build in a balcony as per attached plan.

    any ideas pls?

When asking questions, it behooves one to let others know exactly which title and what version of the software one has (capabilities vary), generally speaking, how to effect different roof types instructions are to be found in the "Build Roof Dialog - Roof Styles Tab", this is where everyone should start by studying each type in a simple test plan, practicing making the different roof types and combining them, then, once well understood applying that gained knowledge to your prime model or plan file.
