Your unique designs with Architectural 2012 ?

For all of you hard working designers out there, what is one of the most unique designs you have accomplished with Arch 2012 ? . . . I use Arch 2012 and am trying to work its limits until I can afford a more substantial version of the program.
    thanks all !

Each design is "unique" to the person designing it, even just remodeling or additions. Cutting-edge modern Architecture is usually done by big-name Architects or Architectural firms using "Lucas Film" grade software that probably few of us could afford.

In terms of what people actually use Home Designer software to do, examples can be seen here: Home Designer User Gallery Webpage

I think the most unusual structure I have done to date in Chief Architect Premier is a hotel that will float on the water of Geelong-Melbourne Bay, Australia, to be completely fair, this design was a cooperative venture between the developer and I and not solely my own design. Most of the designs I do are cooperative in nature.
