Roof and wall planes mis-aligning
I used Chief Architect years ago and I don't remember it being this hard, but I can't get the wall and roof planes to align correctly. I got the butterfly roof built and that was rather easy. When I get intersecting roofs, the protrud into the building. I also get the walls to stop at the roof and not extend past to the other roof plane. I have tried breaking the roof plane, but that doesn't help. Due to the uncommon formation, I can't seem to autobuild it. After hours, I have given up. What am I missing? How do I fix this?

I am guessing that you have Home Designer Pro. If you do, you will just have to adjust the roof planes and walls to the proper alignments. In any case you need to be a little more clear as to exactly what you need to do that is not done or shown in the posted images.
