Rooms Won't Build

After defining my rooms in the basement, I am choosing "Build House." Instead of the room walls appearing, the area is blank. I have checked to make sure that the rooms are snapped together before proceeding. I am using Home Design Suite 2014.

I know probably shouldn't do this and I am sorry for not helping you but I am knew to the forum and for the life of me I can't find out how to post a thread of my own. Could you be kind enough to give me some direction. I looked in the FAQ section put it gave no specific instruction. Thank you for your indulgence.

When you sign in and go to the Q/A page it is in the upper left corner in the blue baloon post a new thread!

Glad you had your question answered. This was my first post and was having difficulty accessing the forum again. Did figure out what was causing my room building problem. The foundation on the first floor was not matching that in the basement.
