Exterior Shingle Wall Base Flare
How can I modify an exterior wood shingle wall to introduce a bottom flare for 3D rendering? Attached is a typical detail of such a flare at a foundation wall, and an image of a similar flare at the base of a 2nd floor exterior wall. Is this something I can only detail in 2D layout?

If you have a software title that can import .skp files from Sketch Up, you can make such objects and then import them into Home Designer and then apply a matching shingle material. What application do you have?

David,
I am using Home Designer Pro 2014. I am brand new to the electronic drawing land, and thankfully quickly finding Home Designer friendly and very well supported to find tools and solutions. I don't have Sketch Up or any other such application. Maybe there is another electronic inexpensive application to make the object. ?? I think I understand then, that the newly created object would work like a soffit object that would be added over the bottom portion of the wall. Correct?
Thank you for such a prompt reply.
