Resize gable over opening

We are trying to resize a gable over a window to keep the gable one size and make the window smaller. We cannot open the gable to resize it using the editing handles. How do we open the gable to move the sit handles, or how can we resize the window without the gable opening changing to be the same as the window?

Hi, we are using home designer suite 10

Meaning no disrespect but you would need to upgrade to Home Designer Pro to be able to do what Suite is not designed to do. Sorry.

first we design on sit what you went like gable window size,without gable resize this is not possible home design.
